Syndic sells cooperative ownership right to the apartment with residential function – the second attempt at sale

In the course of bankruptcy proceedings of Robert Uzieblo, the syndic will sell by way of negotiated sale (sale at free hand) the cooperative ownership right to the apartment no. 46 with residential function, with usable area of 53.50 m2 located in Zielona Gora, at Sw. Cyryla and Metodego St. 7, for which the District Court in Zielona Gora, VI Land Registry Department, keeps a land and mortgage register under number ZG1E/00081673/5.

The minimum purchase price (starting price) is 300,160.00 PLN.

The condition for participation in the sale is, in particular:

submission of an offer in a sealed envelope with the notation: "OFFER – Robert Uzieblo – DO NOT OPEN UNTIL THE SALE DATE" - NOT LATER THAN by July 4, 2025, at 3:00 PM, to the office of the syndic, located at: Podmiejska St. 21a; 66-400 Gorzow Wlkp.; INFORMATION ON WHAT THE OFFER SHOULD CONTAIN IS IN THE SALE REGULATIONS;

payment of a deposit of 60,032.00 PLN (20% of the starting price) to the bankruptcy estate's account held by Santander Bank Polska S.A. account number: 56 1090 1623 0000 0001 6088 8823 titled "Deposit – Robert Uzieblo" - no later than by July 4, 2025.

The opening of offers and selection of offer will take place on July 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the office of the syndic, which is located at: Podmiejska St. 21a; 66-400 Gorzow Wlkp. The exclusive criterion for selecting the offer is its amount – the purchase price offered by the bidder.
