NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE AND SHARE IN REAL ESTATE
The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of Violetta Lorenc invites interested parties to purchase in a free sale:
3/4 (three quarters) share in the ownership of a plot of land with an area of 3000 m2 located in Ludwinowo, land registry number 91/9, for which the District Court in Wloclawek maintains land and mortgage register number WL1W/00077818/2 with a starting price of 40,247.25 PLN.
- NOTE! The sale does not include the release or introduction to the property – the syndic does not have the properties.
VIEWINGS
To arrange a viewing, interested parties should contact the syndic via email, leaving contact details for the person interested in the viewing. However, no viewings of the property are planned due to the contentious nature of the sale in this part.
DEADLINES
Offers regarding the Subject of Sale must be submitted by
October 9, 2025, by 3:00 PM at the office of the syndic at ul. Grudziadzka 74-76, lok. 101, 87-100 Torun, with offers to be submitted between 9 AM and 5 PM (subject to the last day of the deadline) on working days or
sent by registered mail via a postal operator during hours.
Note! The date of receipt at the syndic's office is decisive under penalty of rejection of the offer.
The opening and selection of offers will take place on
October 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the office of the syndic – Centrum Restrukturyzacji i Upadlosci sp. z o.o. ul. Grudziadzka 74-76, lok. 101, 87-100 Torun.
FORMAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE OFFER
- Identification of the component of the bankruptcy estate to which the offer pertains;
- exact identification of the offeror: name and surname (company), place of residence (registered office), its organizational and legal form, and in the case of individuals PESEL, NIP (if applicable), in the case of legal persons also REGON, KRS;
- offered price (including the amount in words) equal to at least the starting price without additional conditions or reservations – stated separately for each component of the bankruptcy estate if the offer pertains to both components of the bankruptcy estate;
- statement that the Offeror does not belong to the group of persons mentioned in point
157a sec. 2 of the Bankruptcy Law;
- signature of the offeror or signatures of persons authorized to represent the Offeror;
- current excerpt (original) of the Offeror from KRS or CEiDG (in the case of entrepreneurs);
- all permits and consents, if required by law due to the buyer's identity, in the case of commercial companies – a resolution of the relevant authorities, if required under the relevant provisions of the Commercial Companies Code (indicating that the person signing the offer and participating in the possible auction is authorized to conclude a sales contract for the offered price);
- proof of payment of the deposit;
- statement whether the offeror is married, and if so, the consent of the spouse to submit the offer and conclude the sales contract, unless a marital property agreement abolishing the joint property system has been concluded or the offeror acquires the component for separate property (in which case the appropriate statement is required);
- statements about:
- familiarization with the factual and legal state of the Subject of Sale, its valuation, and not raising any objections in this regard;
- familiarization with the Sales Regulations, meeting the conditions specified in this regulation, and accepting them;
- commitment to cover all notarial fees and charges related to the conclusion of the sales contract in the form of a notarial deed;
- statement of acceptance of the method of property release in accordance with the Sales Regulations;
- acceptance of the exclusion of warranty and the right of return;
- acceptance of the method of release in accordance with the regulations;
The offer must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope, marked with the name, surname, and address for delivery of the offeror and should contain the note "Purchase offer in the proceedings of Violetta Lorenc" or another inscription sufficiently identifying the offer. Such marked envelope should be addressed in a second envelope to the syndic –

DEPOSIT
The condition for participating in the free sale is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 8,000.00 PLN (eight thousand zlotys) for one component of the bankruptcy estate. If the offer pertains to two components of the bankruptcy estate, double this amount must be paid, i.e. 16,000.00 PLN (sixteen thousand zlotys).
The deposit must be paid to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate according to the following data:
