The property is located on the outskirts of a small village of Zenisko, in the Wierzchowo commune, in the Drawsko county, in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The village is about 2 km south of Zabino (the local government), about 1.5 km north of the military 12th Air Base in Miroslawiec, along a little-traveled asphalt county road.
Surrounding the village are large areas of state forests, as well as many larger and smaller lakes. The nearest lake, Dramienko, with a beautiful sandy, guarded beach is about 1.5 km away. One of the larger lakes in the Drawsko Lake District – Lake Lubie is about 5-7 km away.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT AND BUILDING
The offered property is a 3-room apartment with an area of about 60 m2 (according to the land register 57.66 m2) occupying just over half of a two-unit building, which once constituted a single functional whole.
The apartment is also associated with a share: in a proportional part of a large, spacious attic currently being adapted for residential purposes, this part is separated by a wall, has a separate entrance (stairs) - the possibility of arranging a second apartment, in the basement with an area of about 20 m2,entrance corridor with an area of about 11.5 m2, land plot no. 1/8 with an area of 291 m2.

New windows, sills, and PVC balcony doors, as well as entrance doors have been installed in the apartment. Ceilings made of plasterboard on metal frames have been installed. New plaster has been applied to the walls, a new machine floor has been poured, and heating pipes have been laid in it, as well as underfloor heating. Adaptation work is ongoing in the attic, where additional living space will be obtained.
New installations have been made: electrical socket and lighting, water-sewage, heating pipes distributed in the floor, underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen, there is no central heating boiler
Utilities: electricity is brought to the apartment,municipal water supply is brought to the bathroom and kitchen,municipal sewage collector is brought to the apartment, currently, there is no heating source (boiler/stove).

The Drawa River, which is the longest (199 km) river in the Drawsko Lake District, flows through the lake and is also a uniquely beautiful kayaking route named after Cardinal Karol Wojtyla.
