Szelonka Apartments also care about ecology and savings thanks to underfloor heating using modern dual-function gas boilers, ensuring even warmth and thermal comfort. The investment includes four buildings, each with two apartments. The first stage of construction is underway, and its completion is planned for March/April 2026.
