- architectural dominant in the area indicated on the plan drawing,
b) biologically active area ratio - minimum 30%,
c) building area ratio – maximum 35%, with allowance for increase,
d) building intensity:
- maximum - 2.5,
- minimum - 0.25,
e) maximum building height - 15 m, with the exception of the area indicated on the plan drawing for the location of the architectural dominant, for which the maximum building height - 17.5 m,
f) rules for roof formation - flat roofs, with allowance for sloped roofs with a slope angle between 23° and 42° on fragments constituting up to 30% of the horizontal projection of the entire roof;
g) minimum area of the designated building plot - 2000 m2
h) it is allowed to locate a building directly at the boundary of the building plot provided that separate regulations are observed;
-KD-D – areas of public roads of access class and
KDP – areas of pedestrian paths.
