• division into newly designated building plots with an area of not less than 1800m2 within the MR area is allowed;

• the implementation of holiday buildings (according to the conditions for ML areas) and low residential buildings (according to the conditions for MN areas) as well as commercial services (according to the conditions for U areas) is allowed on MR areas;
