Both plots are located in the immediate vicinity of the S5 expressway, near the exit to Prusice. Access via a newly built asphalt road, from which direct access to the plot is possible.
Utilities: electricity and water next to the service plot. The area is not fenced.
On the service plot, a wide range of production-trade-service activities is possible, especially in the context of excellent logistical location.
