5) expansion of buildings intended for permanent residence of people in the range of threats and nuisances specified in separate regulations is possible only on the condition of applying technical measures to reduce nuisances below the level established in separate regulations or increasing the building's resistance to these threats and nuisances, provided that it is not contrary to the conditions established for areas of limited use, specified in separate regulations;
6) implementation of devices and other means to reduce the scope of road traffic nuisances at the investor's effort and cost;
7) construction in the area of the technical strip under the overhead power line SN 15kV is possible provided that the requirements of applicable regulations are met and agreed with the network manager,
8) depending on the needs in the area designated for investment, the implementation of a free-standing transformer station; the boundaries of the location of the station are indicative;
9) the area is located in the buffer zone of the Nadwieprzanski Landscape Park;
§14 sec. 2RM - areas of farm buildings - with the following provisions:
1) primary purpose: areas of farm buildings,
2) single-family housing is allowed under the conditions applicable to MN areas;
3) it is allowed to locate non-nuisance services embedded in the bodies of residential buildings provided that they do not exceed 50% of the usable area of the residential building or in accompanying single-story buildings;
4) implementation of farm, livestock, garage, and agricultural buildings is allowed provided that the nuisances of the designed facilities are maintained within the boundaries of the area managed by the facility operator;
5) the maximum area of buildings with residential, farm, and livestock facilities combined is up to 40% of the plot area;
6) the biologically active area is set at 40% of the plot area,
7) the following requirements are established for residential buildings:
a) height up to 2 floors, of which the second is a usable attic,
b) the ground floor is to be positioned up to 1.0 meters above the lowest point of the area within the building outline,
c) ridge height up to 10 meters,
d) roofs with slopes inclined at an angle of 20-45°,
8) the following requirements are established for farm and livestock buildings:
a) height 1 above-ground floor,
b) the ground floor is to be positioned up to 1.0 meters above the lowest point of the area within the building outline,
c) ridge height for farm buildings up to 9.0 meters measured from the highest point of the area within the building outline, for livestock buildings up to 10.0 meters,
d) single or double-pitched roofs,
9) it is allowed to locate buildings at a distance of 1.5 m from the boundary with the neighboring plot or at the boundary of the plot provided that the requirements resulting from fire protection regulations and construction law are maintained;
10) implementation of single-family housing in farm building areas is allowed provided that the compact area of the building areas does not exceed 5,000m2 on class I-III agricultural land,
11) the use of farm buildings for agritourism functions and the implementation of facilities related to agritourism services is allowed;
12) planting of isolation greenery from the side of provincial roads is required.
