"5. The height of residential buildings cannot exceed 3 stories and holiday homes 2 stories including the usable attic located under the slopes of two or multi-pitched roofs with a basic slope of these slopes at an angle of 45 degrees - according to the provisions for individual functional areas specified in paragraph 5 of this resolution.
6. The height of the ground floor in residential buildings on flat terrain cannot exceed 1.00 m above the adjacent terrain, and on a slope 0.50 m above the terrain in the upper part of the foundation.
7. Roofing materials should primarily use ceramic tiles or materials similar in color to it or the color used in the landscape.
8. The architecture of the buildings should express the traditions of the Masurian region both in format and detail as well as in construction and finishing materials. The use of architecturally foreign forms to Polish architecture that may cause dissonance in the surrounding buildings or landscape is prohibited.".
