sygn. akt LD1M/GUp/25/2024 ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE OFFER COMPETITION The bankruptcy trustee of Marzena Pietruszewska – as a natural person not conducting business activity announces a competition for offers for the sale of real estate by private treaty, in the form of a competition for offers, under the following conditions: 1. The subject of the sale is a land property with a residential building with a usable area of 399 m2 (including 320.4 m2 of residential area, 63.3 m2 of utility area, 15.6 m2 of winter garden area), located in Rabien, covering plots with registration numbers 91/3, 91/4, 91/5, with an area of 2841 m2 for which the District Court in Zgierz, V Land and Mortgage Register Department, keeps KW number LD1G/00053188/5. 2. An appraisal report has been prepared for the property. 3. The property is encumbered with the right of use and mortgages. The basis for the deletion of rights that expire as a result of the sale is a valid plan for the division of the sum obtained from the sale of the encumbered property. The basis for deleting the mortgage is the sale agreement of the property. 4. The starting price is 1,532,000 zlotys. 5. Written offers in Polish may be submitted in a sealed envelope by October 17, 2025, by 16:00 (the date of delivery of the offer to the given address is decisive) to the address: Bartosz Sidowski, bankruptcy trustee of Marzena Pietruszewska, ul.
