ANNOUNCEMENT

The bankruptcy trustee of a natural person not conducting business activity in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted under case No. LD1M/GUp-s/1242/2024 announces a competition for the sale of:

1/2 share in the cooperative ownership right to residential premises No. 12 in the Workers' Housing Cooperative "Pionier", located at ul. Krasińskiego 7 in Kutno, for which the Land Registry No. LD1K/00042546/7 is being maintained in the District Court in Kutno, V Land and Mortgage Register Department,

for a price not lower than 147,000.00 PLN (in words: one hundred forty-seven thousand) zlotys, constituting 100% of the estimated price.

Written offers in Polish should be submitted in a sealed envelope by August 8, 2025, by 3:00 PM to the address: Artur Jankowski - Bankruptcy Trustee Office, ul. Suwalska 25/27, 93-176 Lodz, with a clear inscription on the envelope "Offer to purchase 1/2 share in the premises in Kutno" (the date of delivery of the offer to the specified address is decisive). Those entering the competition should, under penalty of inadmissibility, pay a deposit of 10% of the starting price to the bankruptcy estate account, maintained at Santander Bank Polska S.A. No.: 92 1090 1304 0000 0001 0940 8325.

The detailed terms of sale are defined in the regulations displayed for inspection at the office of the Bankruptcy Trustee Artur Jankowski, ul. Suwalska 25/27, 93-176 Lodz. The opening and examination of offers will take place on August 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the office of the Bankruptcy Trustee.
