I used the cellar for a long time as an office and kept books, no traces of moisture.

Below the apartment is an accounting office. During the day without disturbances and after 5:00 PM, there is no one there, so you can behave quite freely in the apartment :)

The apartment is ready to move in. Walls need slight refreshing – a few scratches from normal use, a few holes in the walls from pictures / hangers / shelves.

Currently, there is reconstruction of Marszałkowska street from Bank Square to Metro Centrum. Where the traffic lane used to be, there will be a green area and a bike path, which will make the area even quieter and more pleasant for walking.
