18) location of parking spaces for trucks on the land for which the owner has legal title in a minimum quantity of 2 parking spaces;
19) minimum area of newly designated plots - 3000m², with the possibility of designating plots smaller than 3000m², exclusively for facilities and devices and technical infrastructure.
