Widok800 is the second stage of our project, located not far from Szklarska800. Also situated at an altitude of 800 m above sea level. When choosing a location for the new investment, we were guided by the same conditions: it had to be unique and somewhat secluded, high in the mountains, peaceful, and necessarily with a beautiful view. The investment on Schroniskowa Street borders the Karkonosze National Park, along the hiking trail to the summit of Wysoki Kamien. Very close by are trails for cross-country skiers and MTB bikes. From the entire plot, there is a beautiful view of the Karkonosze mountain range. The land development is not excessive, the architecture corresponds with the character of the place, it is fully thought out and reasonable. The project consists of four small, brick, villa-style, twin buildings – 3 above-ground floors and an attic. Each of them contains from 10 to 18 functionally designed units, each with a spacious balcony or terrace. Each unit is assigned a parking space. With a beautiful view to 'develop', each apartment has exceptionally large windows and balcony glazing that showcase what is most important - the VIEW of the mountain panorama in a BEAUTIFUL PLACE. All units have practical layouts and solid building materials (including prefabricated balconies, elements eliminating thermal bridges in balconies, triple-glazed windows, a solid layer of polystyrene insulating the building, Fakro windows of the highest standard). Our concept is an exceptional project, our ideas are directed to people looking for peace and quiet, surrounded by nature, in a BEAUTIFUL PLACE. We plan to complete the investment by the end of the fourth quarter of 2025.
