In areas designated as farm buildings, the following is established: adaptation, reconstruction, and construction of buildings within the limits of the homesteads, location of new agricultural homesteads, location of single-family and holiday buildings on plots of at least 1000 m² as a supplement to undeveloped enclaves or separated from agricultural homesteads, provided that there is access to a public road, location of services with nuisances within the limits of the plot, and other functions (including gas stations) provided that they do not cause conflicts with existing and planned development. Provisions for agricultural land (RP) - without the right to build. 1. The location of new facilities outside existing agricultural homesteads is excluded, except for the location of homesteads as a supplement to undeveloped enclaves between existing dispersed development in areas located outside the Czerniejow Protected Landscape Area. Homesteads should be located in the area of roads with a ban on crossing the established line of development from the side of the fields to avoid further dispersal of development. 2. The completion, expansion, and renovation of existing homesteads are allowed. 3. The division of a building plot for single-family development for family members of the farmer is allowed.
