The unit was produced in 2022, launched in April 2023, registered in September 2023 as an inland floating unit.

Interior:
The living area of approximately 30m2 consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a sleeping area, and a bathroom with a shower.
Floor made of Norwegian panels. Walls covered with alubond plates + 3D Norwegian panels. The ceiling is stretched, reflecting beautiful views from the outside. Blackout curtains or remotely controlled blinds are installed in the windows.

The living room has a corner sofa with a sleeping function and storage for bedding, as well as a coffee table.
The kitchen is fully furnished (induction hob, fridge with freezer, sink with faucet) and fully equipped (from pots to cutlery and trash bins). The kitchen also includes a coffee machine and an ice maker!
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet with a bidet function controlled by a panel, a sink with a cabinet, and a backlit mirror.
The sleeping area has a large upholstered bed with storage (with an Italian mattress 140x200cm, with bedding and a bedspread), a nightstand, a wardrobe, a cabinet, a TV, and an Amazon Echo Show 10 - Alexa (voice control including RGB LED lighting)

The heating of the house is gas-electric.
Two electric heaters (one infrared in the form of a picture located in the living room, the other convective in the bathroom) and a wall-mounted gas heater with a blowing function (two gas bottles are included).

Two terraces:
The front terrace with an exit from the living room through panoramic sliding doors, covered, laid with composite decking. Equipped with a table and two loungers and two folding chairs.
The roof terrace is laid with composite decking, surrounded entirely by railings. Access to the terrace is via stairs located at the back of the houseboat.

The houseboat is equipped with four large lockers located at the back of the house, containing:
1. electricity,
2. a 300-liter tank for clean water (the locker is additionally insulated) with a marine pressure water pump,
3. a 40-liter heater for hot water,
4. a storage equipped with hermetic boxes (e.g., for bedding)

The boat has space for the installation of two combustion or electric engines.

Floats in the amount of 8 pieces, filled with polyurethane foam. Completely unsinkable. One of the tubes has an 800-liter waste tank with a overflow sensor (there is an option to leave contact with a company that deals with emptying the tank).

The structure is galvanized steel combined with modern alubond panels.
