The above functions can be realized in the form of free-standing buildings or combined in building complexes with a total building area of up to 900 m2; b) in the area marked with hatching, a shepherd's hut with a gastronomic and recreational function with accommodation places, according to the provisions of point 9. The obligation to realize the building as a single-story from the slope side with the possibility of using the attic for utility purposes. The prohibition of realizing hipped roofs; c) adapting the architecture of buildings to local building traditions by maintaining the size and proportions of buildings, their forms, facade divisions, and using local facade materials and characteristic regional details (cornices, window frames, etc.), traditional stonework, wooden details, and blacksmith products. The prohibition of using siding made of plastics on facades; d) the prohibition of using aggressive facade colors and intense colors; 10) The realization of artificial snowmaking installations and lighting of ski trails and jump objects, as well as infrastructure related to sports and recreational use of the areas, is allowed; 11) The removal of existing trees and shrubs in the fields is prohibited, except for those that interfere with and threaten users of ski and recreational-sport areas; 12) The reclamation of the area after earthworks is mandatory; 13) The execution of geological engineering documentation, specifying the principles of realizing ski lifts and downhill trails, including the scope of land leveling and how to secure the slope against erosion, is mandatory; 14) The securing of devices and sports facilities requiring maintenance against the leakage of lubricants into the ground is mandatory; 15) The possibility of relocating power line routes or cabling them, under the principles specified by the network manager.
