What I am selling

Two-room apartment, 51 m, where you will find:

a living room with a kitchenette of about 20 m. The room just needs refreshing and it can be lived in. It is possible to separate from this room a separate room and a dark kitchen,

the second room of about 16 m, in which I created a walk-in closet. The closet is a separated drywall partition, so it can be easily removed. The room needs renovation - removing wallpaper and painting, I intend to do this soon,

a bathroom of about 3-4 m, with a shower and a washing machine,

an entrance hall of about 11 m. The hallway is long and narrow, but with a large recess. Right now I have a wardrobe there. The hallway needs refreshing,

next to the apartment is a small storage room, and in the basement room - a large cellar with full doors.

What else is worth knowing about the apartment

Common areas renovated, the staircase and basement are very aesthetic and clean. We have a great building superintendent. New water-sewer systems. And central heating. The new owner could only lead in the third phase. A big plus is parking for residents closed by a barrier with several spaces. I have never had a problem finding a place to park my car.

What the surroundings look like

The building is between Zbawiciela Square and Rozdrozu Square. 300 meters to Lazienki, and in the other direction to Politechnika Metro. Numerous cafes, shops, and clubs. Next to the legendary Luna cinema. Bus and tram stops - public transport can take you directly to every part of Warsaw.

And if you have a dog or like to walk, there is also no problem. In 5 minutes you will reach Ujazdowski Park, and from there to Mazowiecki Park, Rydz-Smigly or the Vistula River. On the other side, you have Warsaw's Central Park, i.e. Pole Mokotowskie.

And if you have small children, within 200 meters there are 2 nurseries, and even closer a kindergarten and elementary school.

You may ask, why am I selling, since it's such a great place? I am simply of the age that the charms of the city are no longer important to me. I am looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city and people. But if being in the center and close to greenery is important to you, then this is the offer for you.
