Lake Sasiny has an area of almost 46 hectares, a depth of about 27 meters, and is covered by a silence zone. Nearby is, among others, the Buczyniec ramp, where boat trips on the grass are organized. PLOTS
The property consists of two plots with registration numbers 182/1 and 182/2. Plot 182/1 is built with a red brick building (rather for demolition), which once functioned as a village school. For both plots, building conditions have been issued for changing the use of the school building to a single-family residential building with the possibility of expanding to 40 m2 with two above-ground floors, with the second floor in the attic, along with the reconstruction of two outbuildings on plots 182/1 and 182/2. The building line area is flat, and there is a slope towards the descent to the lake. Thanks to this terrain shape, a beautiful panorama view of the lake and the crowns of trees growing below is created, one can have the impression of living on a peak. The area between the plot boundaries and the water line is not developed, there are no beaches or other recreational areas, so we do not have to expect crowds under the property.
