From 2020 to 2023, the building was adapted, consisting of embedding a new structure, stairwell, walls, and roof within the existing exterior walls, preserving the conservation-protected historical facade. The electrical installation, including the intercom, is equipped with classic-looking sockets and switches. Wires allowing for the reception of digital terrestrial, cable, and satellite TV, as well as, above all, high-speed Internet, were brought to the apartment, as the building has a fiber optic connection. Further innovations include heat meters and meters equipped with wireless remote reading. Window carpentry is triple-glazed and equipped with hygroregulated window inlets.
