Each subsequent owner of the unit has the right to exclusive use of parking space No. 104 located in the multi-space underground garage.

The deposit must be made in cash, by the deadline of July 29, 2025 – the date of receipt of the funds in the indicated bank account of the Technical Supervision of Transport counts. Payment of the deposit means acceptance of the terms of the tender.

Conclusion of the sale agreement for the subject property at the time and place indicated by the Seller shall occur after obtaining the consent of the supervisory authority, i.e. the Minister of Infrastructure, in accordance with the provisions of Article 38 § 1 point 1 of the Act of December 16, 2016, on the principles of management of state property (Dz.U. of 2024, item 125).
