15 minutes on foot to Biedronka, 2 bus stops to Galeria Mokotow, 2 bus stops to Ursynow Metro or 3 tram stops to Wilanowska Metro.

At Puławska, Orlen station, 2 minutes by car.

Additionally, McDonald's - 6 minutes on foot, pool on Niegocińska 10 min on foot. Next to the entrance to the bike path.

- who want an enclave of greenery and singing birds (literally. They like our thuja and wild lilac), not howling cars, even though it is the city center.
