- water supply - connection to the water supply network according to the conditions specified by the network operator;
- sewage disposal - connection to the sewage system according to the conditions specified by the network operator; alternatively to a non-drainage tank;
- heat supply - from individual heat sources based on fuels such as: gas, electricity, oil; alternatively - the use of a heating system utilizing renewable energy sources in the form of solar collectors, heat pumps, etc.; the use of high-efficiency solid fuel boilers using technology ensuring minimal gas and dust emission rates is allowed.
