Pilsudskiego 9 Case No. GKm 50/23 NOTICE Court Bailiff at the District Court in Myslenice Ewelina Lacka - Grabczan based on art. 986(4) § 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure announces to the public that on 19.08.2025 at 10:00 the FIRST AUCTION IN ELECTRONIC FORM will begin on the portal elicytacje.komornik.pl for the property located in the town of Siepraw, which has a land and mortgage register established at the District Court in Myslenice with the number KR1Y/000xxxxx/1. This is a plot No. 1137/6 with an area of 0.05 ha (according to land registry 0.06 ha) built with an administrative-office building. The auction is conducted electronically and will end on 26.08.2025 at 10:00. The property is valued at: 790,000.00 PLN. The starting price in the above auction is three-quarters of the valuation amounting to: 592,500.00 PLN.
