ANNOUNCEMENT OF SALE

The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of Natalia Kocinska – a natural person not conducting business activity, offers for sale a share of 1/6 in residential premises no. 4 located in a multi-family building no. 2 in the town of Lisewo, Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, Golubsko-Dobrzyński County, Golub-Dobrzyń Municipality, for which a land and mortgage register is maintained by the District Court in Golub-Dobrzyń, Land and Mortgage Register number TO1G/00026284/0.

The premises are associated with a share equal to 10343/36639 in the common property, which consists of land and parts of the building and devices that are not exclusively for the use of the owners of the premises.

The starting price is 20% of the estimated price indicated in the valuation report prepared by the property appraiser mgr. Boguslaw Wieczorek (license no. 2857) dated April 22, 2024, and amounts to 6,360 zlotys.

Offers should be submitted in person, via courier or postal service to the office of the Restructuring Advisor in Torun at ul. Kosciuszki 66/B1 lok. 12, by October 6, 2025, by 3:00 PM.

Offers submitted by courier or postal service will be considered in the proceedings if they are in the office of the Restructuring Advisor at the time of the deadline for submitting offers.

The deadline for reviewing offers will take place at the Syndic's Office on October 7, 2025, at 9:30 AM.
