OFFER COMPETITION FOR THE SALE OF RESIDENTIAL UNIT NO. 6

LOCATED IN RUDA SLASKA AT JARZEBINOWA STREET 1-1E

The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of Adam Pluszczok, in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted before the District Court in Gliwice, Economic Division XII, case file no. GL1G/GUp-s/28/2025, announces the first competition for the sale of the ownership right to residential unit no. 6, located in a multi-family building situated in Ruda Slaska, at Jarzebinowa Street 1-1E, for which a land and mortgage register is maintained under number GL1S/00042456/5.

The starting price is 178,000.00 PLN (in words: one hundred seventy-eight thousand zlotys zero groszy).

Along with the offer, a proof of payment of the deposit in the amount of 15,000.00 PLN (in words: fifteen thousand zlotys) must be submitted to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate – Santander Bank Polska S.A. 71 1090 1766 0000 0001 6106 9128. In case of non-payment of the deposit, the offer will remain unconsidered.

The opening of offers will take place at the syndic's office in Gliwice, at Al. Przyjazni 7/2 on October 3, 2025, at 14:30.

The condition for participation in the offer competition is to deliver a written, binding, and unconditional offer, submitted in accordance with the competition regulations by October 3, 2025, by 14:00 to the address of the Legal Advisor's Office Jaroslaw Stepniewski, Al. Przyjazni 7/2, 44-100 Gliwice.
