The Palace in Lubiechowo is one of the most beautiful monuments in West Pomerania, Poland. Directly next to the palace is an English park from the second half of the 19th century, covering about 11 ha, including 0.06 ha of water, laid out in a trapezoidal shape. Among the rare and legally protected plants that grow in the park are: Gold Lily, Listera ovata, and other interesting plants such as Wild Yellow Tulip and Herb Paris.


The palace dates back to 1835 and represents the neoclassical style. The palace was situated between the park and the farmyard. The volume of the palace is 5,600 m3, and the total usable area is 800 m2. The building was constructed in a square plan. Each of the four corners is adorned with an octagonal three-story tower. The palace has two floors and is completely basement. In the central part of the building, on the roof, there is a belvedere (in architecture - an additional floor or superstructure above the highest floor, mainly used in palaces). The palace windows are rectangular, decorated with a cornice. Beautiful stairs lead to the palace. From the garden side, the elevation features a risalit with an adjacent terrace, from which stairs once led to the park located behind the manor.


The palace was put into use in 2021.


The total maintenance costs include advances for heating, cold water, hot water, electricity, garbage, and administrative costs.
