The 10 biggest advantages of the offered apartment are:

1. Optimal layout of the apartment – The greatest advantage of the apartment is its ideal optimal layout. The apartment is double-sided (south/north) and consists of three separate rooms, and the entrances to them are located in a spacious hallway. Bright separate kitchen with a window. The apartment has all separate, non-passing rooms separated by walls (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, rooms). Such a double-sided apartment can be easily and quickly ventilated.

2. Very good arrangement of rooms – Another advantage of the offered apartment is the very good arrangement of rooms. Three separate rooms are very easy to arrange in the most optimal way according to individual needs. The apartment has a large, separate and really very sunny and bright living room (18.40 m2) with a balcony, a medium room (12.10 m2) that can be a study or a children's room, and a small room in light blue on the northern side (8.40 m2), which is ideal for a bedroom. There is a possibility of combining the small room with the kitchen to create a large kitchen with a dining room.

3. Ideal window exposure – The windows in the living room with the balcony and the medium room face south. South is the direction that provides the longest period of sunshine for the living room and medium room throughout the day. Therefore, both in the morning and evening hours, we can count on a solid dose of sunlight. An advantage of the south-facing windows is also greater sunlight in winter, which helps the apartment heat up faster. The bedroom, on the other hand, is located on the other side, the northern side. The sunlight does not wake us up, and it is cooler and the air is cleaner here.

4. View from the window – There are no other buildings in front of the building, and nothing obstructs the views from the windows. Such a view is very difficult to find, especially in new buildings. The windows and balcony in the living room and medium room overlook the primary school and greenery - South Park. In the distance, there is a panorama of the second estate – Poludnie II – a nice view especially after dark. The windows in the bedroom and kitchen overlook a fenced playground and single-family houses.

5. Potential and condition of the apartment – The condition of the apartment is not ideal, but it is definitely moderately good. It can be moved into immediately or refreshed. The apartment is not destroyed. For the last few years, only one person has lived here. Ideal for rental.

6. Low rent – The rent for the apartment is only 500 PLN. This is quite low for such a footage.

7. Staircase – Renovated and painted in 2019. It is clean and tidy. There are only two apartments on the floor, so it is very quiet and peaceful. Large cellar.

8. Very convenient location – Quiet, safe, and calm neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. In front of the building and behind the building, there is parking and a lot of greenery. Numerous shops, pharmacy, bank, three hair salons, post office, clinic, traditional Gajda bakery, three vegetable shops, veterinarian, two confectioneries, delicatessen, South culture house, primary school with three sports fields, and kindergarten with a playground are located on Czarnoleska Street. Fenced playground also under the block. Nearby are Biedronka, Lidl, LECLERC, Kaufland, KFC, Leroy Merlin. The inner southern bypass of Radom – serving as a connector between the S7 expressway and national road No. 12. A long bicycle path. A second largest server farm in Poland belonging to the Polish Power Grid is also being built here.

9. Communication – There is a bus stop next to the building. Buses of line: 1, 12, 14, 25. Nearby is a bus stop with line 7. The bus ride to the reservoir on Borki and to the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of the University takes less than 10 minutes, to the train station about 11-12 minutes, and to the center about 15 minutes.

10. South Park – right across the street (you just need to cross through the pedestrian crossing) is South Park – with a gym, trampolines, and another playground for children. Well-equipped area. Ideal place for a walk. Bicycle and pedestrian paths. Lots of alleys and benches.
