The syndic of the bankruptcy estate conducting bankruptcy proceedings pending before the District Court in Bydgoszcz XV Economic Division, case no. BY1B/GU/703/2022, sells a 1/3 share in the ownership of undeveloped land property located in Nowa Wies Wielka (Bydgoszcz County) with a nominal value of 686,000 PLN.

The property consists of plots with registration numbers 2/8 and 5/8, land and mortgage register: BY1B/00056874/1, has an area of 3.07ha. In the local spatial development plan, this area is designated for production and services.

A written competition for offers is in effect. The offer should include a proposed purchase price and contact details of the bidder (at least first name and surname, email address, and phone number). Purchase offers should be submitted in Polish by September 25, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the syndic's office (ul. Lubinowa 46-48/8, 87-100 Torun) or by email to the address: k.mokrzewska @.

The opening and review of offers will take place on September 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the syndic's office.
