The undeveloped real estate is marked in the land and buildings register as plot 409/1 with an area of 0.2300ha, starting price: 309,400.00 PLN, deposit: 31,000.00 PLN. To participate in the auction, a deposit must be paid to the bank account and declarations submitted at the headquarters of the KOWR Regional Branch in Opole, within the deadlines specified in the full auction announcement. Declarations are attached to the full auction announcement. For the aforementioned plot, a land and mortgage register No. OP1K/00064559/0 is maintained at the District Court in Kedzierzyn-Kozle.
