Announcement of the auction for the sale of a residential unit with an area of 48.60 m2, located in Olecko in the Siejnik I estate.

Open oral auction in the form of bidding will take place on June 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Housing Cooperative in Olecko at 4 Zyndrama Street.

The apartment is situated on the third floor. It consists of three rooms with approximate dimensions (12.5 m2, 10 m2, 8 m2), a kitchen (7 m2), a hallway (5.80 m2), and a bathroom (5.20 m2). The apartment has a cellar with an area of 5.30 m2. From the larger of the rooms, there is an exit to the balcony (5.5 m2).

The apartment requires renovation, and the layout of the rooms is convenient and functional. Most windows in the apartment are wooden, one has been replaced with PVC, the floors in the apartment are covered with panels, while the bathroom has tiles and ceramic tiles. A condition for participating in the auction is the payment of a deposit to the account of the Housing Cooperative in Olecko in the amount of 10,000 PLN no later than June 2, 2025.

The deposit of the winning participant will be counted towards the purchase price, while the deposits of other participants will be returned within 14 days from the end of the auction. The price obtained in the bidding must be paid within 7 days from the date of the auction.

Upon the request of the winning bidder, the Management of the Cooperative may extend the payment deadline. The deposit will be forfeited in favor of the Housing Cooperative in Olecko if the winning bidder refuses to sign the contract or pay the purchase price by the specified deadline. Separate ownership of the apartment will be established within 7 days from the receipt of the bid amount.

The notary's fee for the entire notarial transactions carried out during the conclusion of the contract transferring ownership will burden the winning bidder, for whom the Housing Cooperative in Olecko will transfer ownership of the residential unit.
