The security deposit submitted by the bidder who wins the auction will be counted towards the purchase price of the apartment.
The remaining bidders will have their security deposits returned to the indicated account within 7 days after the auction ends.
The costs of concluding the notarial agreement and the court fees (entry into the land and mortgage register) are borne by the buyer.
The choice of the notary is made by the Cooperative.
