BIEGASA 7A is a proposal for those who need a bit more space, we thought of a family 2+2, where one of the people sometimes works from home. A private path among greenery and old trees leads us to the house. Under one of them, in front of the building, we can park two cars. One of the biggest advantages of our investment is the old trees, and around them, we designed the communication layout of our estate. BIEGASA 7A has a corner plot, which translates into a large and well-arranged garden. All gardens are separated by high, mature hedges to particularly care for the privacy of the residents. On the first floor, we planned three bedrooms, in the main bedroom we managed to create a private studio (bedroom-closet-bathroom). On the ground floor, in addition to the living room with kitchen, we designed a cozy and functional office. If it is not necessary, we can give it up and enlarge the living room. On the roof, where we can enter via comfortable stairs through an automatically opening large skylight, we can arrange a spacious terrace and enjoy another relaxation area. We also provided storage areas in the storage room on the ground floor and closets. This is our proposal, we put a lot of heart and effort into designing it, but with BIEGASA we tailor the function of the house to our clients.
