I am selling a plot of 3400 m2 in Radoszyce, a few kilometers south of Komańcza, located on the southern slope of a hill from which the Bieszczady mountains can be seen in the distance. The plot is covered with meadows and has the number 198/7, although there are also other plots available in the vicinity. The hill on which the aforementioned plot is located is Kowalówka, also known as Szczandrowiec. Nearby is the 'Kowalówka Viewpoint', marked on some online maps. The plot is located not far from the asphalt road No. 892. From here, it is very close to Slovakia, where we can visit the town of Medzilaborce, which has the Andy Warhol Museum. In Radoszyce, a wooden church has been preserved, whose history dates back to the 16th century. The church is located down by road No. 892 and is visible from some places on the Kowalówka hill. A little further, towards Slovakia, there is a spring that was once attributed with healing powers. The water from this 'miraculous' spring is suitable for drinking. Recently, the Ecomuseum of Charcoal 'Na Wypale' has also been operating in Radoszyce, which is gaining more and more interest. To the south, it is not far to Cisna, and further to the Wetlina Glade. The county town is Sanok, where the Museum of Folk Architecture (a large open-air museum) and the unique Beksiński Museum are located. The plot in question can be purchased without agricultural qualifications. This plot is not covered by the Natura 2000 program, nor is it located within the boundaries of a national or landscape park. The southern boundary of the Jaslo National Park is located nearby, to the west of the plot. However, a little higher are the areas of the Forest District with a good road leading to Komańcza, where you can take a pleasant walk or bike ride through the forest. Meadows stretch around, and further are forests. Radoszyce is a small, quiet village.
