LAYOUT AND DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT

This apartment is one of two units on the floor. Entering the stairwell via the vestibule through a door with an intercom, we then enter the offered apartment. The hallway is the first room from which we individually enter each room in the apartment being sold. Returning to the hallway, the floor is covered half with tiles and half with panels, and the walls are covered to about halfway up with a mosaic plaster known as pebble. The pipes running through the hallway are built in and ventilated. Starting from the left side, we enter a bright kitchen, where the PVC three-pane window faces west. The furniture seen in this room is included in the apartment. The last fourth room, we could say a living room, is the largest room, with entry from the right side of the hallway, has PVC flooring, and smooth walls. It features a large panoramic window with balcony doors also made of PVC, three-pane facing east. The exit to the balcony leads us to a large loggia overlooking the greenery. The visible furniture in this room is also included in the apartment. The apartment comes with a cellar - dry without moisture.

Throughout the apartment, there are cast iron radiators with individual meters.

The block is insulated on all sides, with 30 cm of styrofoam on the gable wall.
