  • rainwater: surface on own land, without causing disturbances on adjacent lands
  • heating: individual heat source based on fuels such as: gas, electricity, oil, alternatively: renewable energy sources: solar collectors, heat pump, etc.

There are drainage devices in the form of a drainage network on part of the plot.
They must be kept clear.
