Hello... Let me guess - you are looking for an apartment different from all the ones you have seen online or in person? Are you tired of all those stuccos, lamellas, PRL style, or just bland apartments? You don't want to renovate and you don't want to refresh? Or maybe you don't want an apartment where after the previous owners you will have to clean, scrub the kitchen, the equipment, and God forbid you will have to sit on worn-out sofas and sleep on used mattresses? WELL, YOU COULDN'T HAVE HIT BETTER.... The price of this apartment is 554,500 PLN, and the purchase of movable property, i.e. all equipment and furniture under warranty for the amount of 13,500 PLN is obligatory. What you see in the photos is a fresh apartment (still smells of paint and wood), which has just undergone a major renovation - and which is waiting for someone (perhaps just for you) - who values: style, class, quality, and aesthetics. Here you have: 2 separate bedrooms, a large living room combined with a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a spacious hallway. This gem is located on the second floor of a low block on Kazimierza Krolewicza Street. No chutes, a small number of neighbors, and a cozy green estate are what everyone would wish for. And what will you find inside? Now you have to use your imagination: you enter the apartment through solid anti-burglary doors (not some cheap stuff from Castorama and no Chinese junk). At the entrance, you are greeted by a large and spacious hall, from which on the left side you enter two separate bedrooms, and on the right you have a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. Nice division of the apartment into a sleeping and living area, right? Let's start with the bedrooms: - the first (the one with the mustard bed in the photos) is quite large for rooms in blocks. The square shape gave a lot of arrangement possibilities, because besides a large and comfortable bed, you have plenty of space for wardrobes and a dressing table or desk. A new, comfortable, and large mattress will allow you to have a wonderful sleep after a hard day's work, and on weekends, you can sleep in until 11:00 :) - the second bedroom gives you various possibilities. It all depends on you. You can designate it as a child's room, guest room, home office, or wardrobe. Either way - if you have a little one, you will guarantee them space, and if you don't have one :) - when hosting guests or family overnight - you have a SPARE BEDROOM and no one has to sleep on the floor. - moving to the right side of the apartment, you enter the bathroom. In designing it, I applied several functional solutions with you and your comfort in mind. You surely realize that renovating a bathroom is one of the most expensive parts of a renovation. I did not spare any expenses on it. The tiles I used are high-quality Spanish products. The bathroom is tiled to the ceiling. With you in mind, I installed a large bathtub with a rain shower. Therefore, you can take a 5-minute shower in the hot summer (but probably not the one we currently have because the weather is a drama) or relax in the bathtub and read a book in winter. You will find a very large sink and an even larger and spacious cabinet under it. It will fit all your cosmetics and other accessories necessary for life :) Above the sink, you have a mirror with lighting and anti-fog options. After a warm bath, you will see yourself in it immediately without having to wait 20 minutes for the bathroom to evaporate, and you can immediately ask it: "mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest in the world?" I have already programmed it - and it will surely tell you that it is you :) The toilet is suspended, and the construction behind it was made to measure by a carpenter. Above the toilet, you have a hidden and built-in cabinet, which will give you additional space for cleaning products or cosmetics. Everything is neatly stored, aesthetic, and you don't have to mount any additional shelves, on which you can see 20 different bottles - each from a different parish. - let's move on to the most daytime and guest part of the apartment, which is the living room with the kitchenette. The kitchen was custom-made by a carpenter. Something different, right? You don't have gray, white, or overused cashmere here. You have dark, beautiful wood and broken white. The chosen material will allow you to keep it clean with a finger in...... (you know where). If you spill tomato sauce or borscht, it will not be visible - and it will not stain your fronts. All appliances are new, under warranty, and because they are built-in - they provide harmony, aesthetics, and minimalism. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, Bosch hob, hood, dishwasher, and ta-da..... a washing machine. Additionally, the furniture goes up to the ceiling, and wide drawers give you plenty of space to store all kitchen items. Beautiful furniture in the living room makes this interior cohesive. It is complemented by a wooden table and wooden chairs. Just look at those beautiful lamps in the living room and take a closer look at the sofa. You have nothing standard here. An unusual shape, and above all an unusual color will make you feel special here. Windows across the entire wall, huge balcony doors, and this view is a HIT. You see only greenery - trees - and nothing more. And you will see nothing else because on this side of the block you have a green area and walking paths. As you can see - this apartment is a bullseye. A few words about the location - the apartment is located on Kazimierza Krolewicza Street. There is more greenery around than in all of Szczecin :) You can walk to Kaufland in slippers - to Biedra and Netto too, and the same to the Manhattan market. To the center on foot - a stone's throw - to public transport stops - another stone's throw. Do you want to go for a walk with your dog or child? Just walk behind the block and the walking paths greet you. And when you get tired, you sit on a bench and read a book. And imagine - you live in a block, in the center of Szczecin, but you see only greenery and you get peace for free - because believe me, the noise level is maybe 5dB :) And now in a nutshell and in a big summary: - 3 rooms on Kazimierza Krolewicza - apartment after a general renovation (new electrical installation, plumbing, plastered and smoothed walls, new poured floors, waterproof panels with an abrasion class of AC5, new doors and frames, bathroom in tiles) - kitchen and bathroom construction custom-made and under warranty from a carpenter - new appliances and under warranty - furniture and equipment included in the price of the apartment - second floor in a low block - low rent - large basement (you can easily fit bicycles, scooters, jars, and a Christmas tree) - location - a blast - center - silence and greenery - many parking spaces and no paid parking zone - cooperative - ownership - possibility of purchase by foreigners. As you can see - the apartment is ready to move in. You take a suitcase with clothes and a toothbrush and you live. You don't have to worry about renovation work because I did all that dirty and hard work. You don't have to double and triple about the installation of appliances - because you have everything installed and you don't even have to look for Mr. Bronka from OLX to assemble your bed and sofa - because you have that done too. And listen to the last HIT of the day I am selling the apartment privately, so you save about 15,000 PLN on commission, and you don't have to worry about the safety of the transaction because I participate in brokerage transactions on a daily basis due to my profession.
