The area also has paths to the large Henrykow Forest Park and the extensive Choszczowka City Forest. It is also worth taking a longer trip on foot or by bike towards the picturesque Palace in Jabłonna, through the Chotomowskie Forests, all the way to the Modlin Fortress. The legal status is full ownership with an established Land and Mortgage Register, section III without claims and restrictions, in section IV there is an entry of a mortgage, which will be deleted along with the purchase of the apartment.
