is selling by private sale through a tender:

share of ¼ part in the ownership of undeveloped real estate property, 441/1, 441/2, 366/3 located in the town of Goleniowy, municipality of Szczekociny, Zawiercie County, Silesian Voivodeship, for which the District Court in Myszkow V Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains the land and mortgage register no. CZ1M/00043282/5 - for the highest price offered, but not lower than 100% of the estimated value, i.e. 38,485.00 PLN (thirty-eight thousand four hundred eighty-five zlotys and zero groszy).

The condition for participating in the tender is to submit a written offer along with the required documents and to pay a deposit. Interested parties should submit offers in Polish by 12.09.2025 (date of receipt) to the address of the trustee's office: Trustee Marta Tutaj, ul. Silniczna 5/10, 25-515 Kielce in a sealed envelope, on which the note "DO NOT OPEN – Offer CZ1M/00043282/5 case file VIII GUp 257/21" should be placed, as well as the bidder's details.
