The subject of sale is a 1/2 share in an undeveloped land property located in the town of Zukow, Nowe Miasteczko commune, Nowosol district, Lubusz voivodeship, designated as plot no. 92/4. The plot has a regular polygon shape. The land is flat and unfenced. The property does not have access to a public road; passage through neighboring plots is necessary, which is not legally regulated. According to the land and buildings register, the property is classified as arable land - 1,007 m2 and permanent meadows - 907 m2.
