The subject of the auction will be a land property built with a brick-wood residential building, single-family, non-basement, ground floor (usable area 118.68 m2), a brick utility building (usable area approx. 58 m2), and a brick garage building (usable area approx. 20 m2), located in Lukow at ul. Wiatraki 15.
The estimated value is 371,600.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the estimated value and amounts to 278,700.00 PLN.
