The subject of the auction is a fractional part of the property (i.e. 4/6) of land located in Legnica at ul. Mikolowska 12 on plot no. 320 (district Ogrody) and constituting a separate residential building. Plot no. 320 with an area of 227 m2, built with a single-family house in a row development with a building area of 88 m2 and usable area of 327.4 m2. According to the local spatial development plan, the area where the building is located is marked 14 M - a group of existing single-family residential buildings - to be preserved. The street where the building is located is an internal, dead-end street. The distance to the city center is about 1.0 km. A fast road S3 (~ 0.5 km) runs nearby. Access to public transport is good, the distance from important public utility facilities and the city center is average. A bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit in the amount of one-tenth of the valuation sum, which is 62,200.00 PLN.
The deposit must be submitted to the bailiff's bank account 56 1050 1748 1000 0022 0595 9295 no later than 2 working days before the auction begins.
The sale is conducted by electronic auction. Participation in the auction requires creating an account in the teleinformatics system servicing electronic auctions available at / and joining the auction two working days before it starts. The bidder submits the deposit no later than 2 working days before the auction starts, and if participating in the auction as a proxy for another person, they must additionally present their authorization. The participation of one bidder is sufficient for the auction to take place.
