The New Drozdzownia (houses) investment, located in the Biezanow-Prokocim district on the southeastern outskirts of Krakow, draws inspiration from the rich history of this place. The name of the estate refers to the street on which it is located, which in turn has its roots in the past of the region, where a yeast factory once thrived. The history of the facility dates back to the second half of the 19th century when the areas of Biezanow, then still a village, belonged to the Czecz de Lindenwald family, founders of the Yeast and Spirit Factory. Although the factory has not survived to this day, its buildings still stand.

The New Drozdzownia is a project that combines modernity with history, renovating former factory buildings and incorporating them into a new residential and service space. This project aims to create a cozy yet functional space with a high standard of finish.
