NOTICE OF THE FIRST AUCTION OF REAL ESTATE

Court Bailiff at the District Court in Biskupiec Joanna Szulgacz based on art. 953 of the Code of Civil Procedure announces to the public that:

the first auction of the property

consisting of

PLOT number 45/1 property built

• residential building with a total area of 207.90 m2;
• plot 45/2- area 700 m2 i.e. internal road;
• plot 45/4- with an area of 0.97 ha built with a chicken coop. Total area 1.14 ha

located: 11-300 Rzeck, Gmina Biskupiec, for which the Land and Mortgage Register Department of the District Court in Biskupiec keeps the land and mortgage register with the number KW OL1B/000xxxxx/1

The estimated value is 886,000.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the estimated value and amounts to 664,500.00 PLN. 2/

• built with a chicken coop connected to the building for servicing the chicken coop;
• building with a social function 88 m2 connected to the chicken coop located on plot 45/4 and

Access to the property through plot 45/2 located: 11-300 Rzeck, Gmina Biskupiec, for which the Land and Mortgage Register Department of the District Court in Biskupiec keeps the land and mortgage register with the number KW OLI8/0000xxxx/9

The estimated value is 654,880.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the estimated value and amounts to 491,160.00 PLN.

The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit totaling one-tenth of the estimated value, which is 154,088.00 PLN. The deposit should be made by payment to the bailiff's account: Cooperative Bank in Szczytno O. in Biskupiec 88 8838 1031 2006 0315 2318 0001 no later than the day before the auction.

According to the provisions of art. 976 §1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, persons who can acquire the property only with the permission of a state authority, and who have not presented this permission, as well as other persons mentioned in this article, cannot participate in the auction.

In the two weeks prior to the auction, it is allowed to view the property on weekdays and to review in the Civil Department of the District Court in Biskupiec, ul.Sadowa 8 room 10 a copy of the property valuation protocol, the expert's valuation report, an excerpt from the land register along with a map from the enforcement proceedings.

The rights of third parties will not be an obstacle to the auction and awarding ownership to the buyer without reservations, if these persons do not submit proof before the auction starts that they have filed a lawsuit for the release of the property or items seized with it from enforcement and have obtained a ruling suspending enforcement in this regard. Usufruct, easements, and rights of lifetime, if not disclosed in the land and mortgage register or by submitting a document to the document collection and not reported no later than three days before the auction starts, will not be taken into account in the further course of enforcement and will expire upon the finalization of the decision on awarding ownership.
