The owner had other plans, so he did not divide the given plot into several parts, therefore currently on one plot we have two houses in twin development and about 1000m2 of land located next to the houses. The price in the advertisement concerns the entire property. Currently, the buildings are rented, but the owner can terminate the tenants at any time. From the information I received, I know that the people living there are very willing to stay in the houses and can sign a rental agreement with the new owner.
On the free plot stands a Dutch house, which is built of wood and a double garage. Inactive heating pipes run through the plot, so it would be necessary to determine with the municipality whether there is a chance for possible development.
