In the village itself, there are also grocery stores, a large and well-maintained football field (IV league football), and a church. Additionally, about 1km away in the neighboring village of Ziemomysl is a train station, from which direct trains regularly run to the above-mentioned locations with preferential travel times. The house is accessed by a direct asphalt road, and the property has an individual entrance straight from the aforementioned road (the property is located directly by the road). The properties have no debts in mortgages or other entries in sections III and IV of the Land and Mortgage Register. Undoubtedly, the offer is aimed at people who enjoy being in nature. The proximity of forests, rivers, lakes, or fields emphasizes the character of the property.
