The house is heated by two sources of heat, the main one is an oil furnace, the second is a wood fireplace with heat distribution located on the first floor in the living room. The house also has a fireplace on the ground floor. The building is equipped with municipal sewage, water is from the water supply, there is a possibility to connect to the gas network and heat the house with gas as the gas line runs in the road in front of the building. I assess the condition of the building as good; the house has undergone thermal modernization and requires minor financial outlays, I mean finishing the facade - applying the last layer of facade plaster of the type baranek, and inside the building, there are a few details missing, e.g. a railing on the stairs, in the ground floor part of the building there are old-style wooden double windows. Of course, the rest is a matter of taste, but the technical condition is really good and the house is ready to move in immediately. The whole presents well, there is plenty of space, and the size of the plot allows for freely enjoying the charms of all seasons. It is hard for me to classify this house as free-standing because it simply is not, as it touches one part of the wall with another residential building, but it is also hard for me to call it a semi-detached or terraced house because it simply is not. As I mentioned earlier, this house is a wonderful alternative for large families living separately in apartments, as the price of the house is low enough compared to what it offers in return, that it is enough to sell, for example, two small apartments in Opole or one large and live together with loved ones enjoying the space of a family home. After visiting this house, I could not shake the impression that it is a wonderful proposal - an alternative to living in the city; additionally, the utility building offers further opportunities for professional development, without any problem you can run, for example, a mechanical workshop or other services there.
