We offer for sale a large agricultural farm consisting of a plot of land with an area of 4.86ha, built with a residential building and a utility building. Importantly, the entire area provided constitutes one area (two adjacent cadastral plots). The property is located in a beautiful, secluded corner of the Beskid Wyspowy at the foot of the Ciecien massif in the village of Pogorzany (Jodlownik commune, Limanowa county). Description of the buildings: The house has a total area of 120 m2, built of logs - in a condition requiring renovation. The walls are covered with siding and facade boards.
