The apartments we offer are located in a part of Sopot that offers both proximity to the beach (400m) and the charms of suburban tranquility.

The tenement is Willa Helena, built in 1906, originally as a guesthouse.

From 2010 to 2013, the building underwent technical renovations by the developer. Historic details were recreated.

New premises were created, and the one I am offering has been divided into two adjacent apartments, each with a separate entrance. And each consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower.

The entrance (that under the canopy) is also separate and leads exclusively to the offered apartments, located on the ground floor of the tenement.

Important: There is no gas oven in the premises; hot water and heating are provided through a modern, shared boiler room, located in the neighboring building. Fees are thus low, and there is no service.

The atmosphere in the apartments is not disturbed by street traffic or even pedestrian. Under large windows, we have only a well-kept lawn.

Parking behind the barrier is located a few meters from the tenement. Parking spaces, as well as the equipment of both apartments, are additionally payable. We will discuss the amount at the meeting and will likely agree.

The apartment was received as new, in developer's condition, in 2015.

The impressive wrought iron gates ensure the intimacy of the surroundings, while the safety is provided by several surveillance cameras.

The garden is taken care of by a gardener; the lawn can be walked on barefoot (it is watered at night by automatic sprinklers).

We are in such a place where it is much closer to a quiet, secluded beach and Landscape Park than to the disco in the strict center, making it an excellent choice, especially for families (the most hassle-free tenants). The location is highly praised by tenants-residents.
