Maximum building height: 10.5 m, for utility buildings and garages – 7 m, geometry of residential building roofs should be gable or multi-gable, with the same slope of the main roof surfaces and an angle of inclination of the main surfaces from 25° to 45°. It is allowed to use dormers, skylights, and uniform forms across the entire roof. For accompanying utility and garage buildings - gable roofs are allowed, flat roofs, single-pitched roofs; no slope is specified for roofs.
5. The architectural form for production, service, or agricultural buildings is not specified; the form of these objects (volume, including roof shape) can be realized depending on construction-functional requirements and user needs.
6. Permissible building area and biologically active area ratios for MR2 areas: the maximum building area ratio cannot exceed 65% of the building plot, the biologically active area ratio cannot be lower than 25% of the building plot.
